The Client
My client currently operates high quality branded and unbranded bars and pubs with great food offerings across the UK. They are launching a new concept and need strong positive Managers with excellent standard of service and operation
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the GM in the daily operations and performance of this stylish bar & restaurant operation! Managing and motivating a strong, knowledgeable team, implementing high company standards of product and service. The focus will be on team training and maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth. There is a lot of scope for implementing business development and sales initiatives, driving revenue through local marketing and corporate sales.
The Person
Dealing with a customer base of young professionals in the evening and a food led operation through the day; the successful candidate must be of a smart appearance with an outstanding personality. A strong, structured background in cocktail bar or restaurant industry is essential, along with good career stability. Job hoppers need not apply!!!
My client is looking for ambitious, standards driven Manager with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills. The right candidate will be a strong existing Assistant Manager, have basic P&L knowledge and a passion for customer focus with an eye for detail! Excellent team training and customer focus skills are essential!
