A Deputy Manager/ Matron (RGN/RMN) is required for Knightsbridge Village, a modern purpose-built village, providing 24-hour nursing care and independent living in Trim, County Meath. This beautiful, purpose-built facility benefits from a high standard of décor, landscaped gardens and the most modern facilities.
In terms of HSE requirements, Knightsbridge was found to be "substantially compliant" with current nursing home inspectorate regulations at the time of inspection, one of only two facilities within County Meath to receive such high praise. It was also recently the proud recipient of a gold award for outstanding accommodation and a supreme award for best nursing home accommodation at the Irish Accomodation Services Industry Awards!
Requirements
The Deputy Manager will need to assist our Home Manager in the planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care. Ensuring the quality of service meets the national minimum standards, as well as following Barchester's internal policies and procedures. In addition to this you will be required to undertake staff reviews, team meetings, and you will need to deputise in the absence of the Care Home Manager. This position is 50% supernumerary.
