A Deputy Manager/ Matron (Registered Nurse) is required for our 80 bedded Westergate Care Home in Fontwell near Chichester. This home provides first-class 24-hour nursing care alongside expert care for people with dementia in their Memory Lane Community.
The Deputy Manager will need to assist our Home Manager in the planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care. Ensuring the quality of service meets the national minimum standards, CQC standards, as well as following Barchester's internal policies and procedures. In addition to this you will be required to undertake staff reviews, team meetings, and you will need to deputise in the absence of the Care Home Manager.
