An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager in a residential home in North London
The home needs a committed and professional individual to support the home manager in all aspects of running the home
Reporting to the Home Manager you will be responsible for the following areas
Assisting in the planning and delivery of a viable, sensitive and efficient care service to residents which enhances their quality of life.
Supporting in the development and delivery of the Business Plan, assisting with controlling expenditure, marketing the home, and maintaining occupancy.
The ideal candidate must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse and have experience of working with the Elderly.
In return, you will be offered a salary of circa 23k plus an excellent benefits package.
