My client, a nationwide care provider of learning disability and mental health services, is currently looking to recruit a Deputy Nurse Manager for its step down service for adults with Learning Disabilities in Peterborough.
As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will assist the Nurse Manager in the overall management of the facility, with responsibilties for staffing, recruitment, development, supervison, and running the home in the absence of the Nurse Manager. You will assist the Nurse Manager in ensuring that the National Minimum Standards are always adhered to, and ensure that the service users individual care plans are maintained and developed as necessary.
You will be RNLD/RMN qualified, with experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health illnesses, ideally gained in a forensic, secure environment.
