Total Covenience Stores UK are looking for a Deputy Store Manager to work in their service station. You will ensure the store makes a profit whilst building a strong customer service reputation. You will already have management experience in a retail environment and be familiar with working to targets.
Key Duties:-
Help the Store Manager run the day to day operation of the Total Convenience Site.
Delivering excellent customer service
Coach & develop your staff
Staff rotas
Ensure high Store standards maintained.
Dealing with stock and fuel deliveries
Must be aged 18+ due to sale of alcohol unsupervised.
Ability to travel independently to different locations anytime of the day and night.
