We are one of the leading Leisure retailers in the UK and with over 430 stores currently trading and several more due to open we have a vacancy for a Deputy Store manager in the Swansea area.
Our Deputy Managers play a key role in our stores, as well as being inspirational leaders they are focused on developing a sales and service based culture in order to exceed customer expectations. They take control of the day to day operation of the store and are encouraged to suggest ideas and opportunities for improvement.
As an ideal candidate you will be a ‘hands-on’ manager who is energetic and has excellent stock and people management experience. You will be passionate about meeting customer and company expectations, demonstrate a healthy attitude to competition and most of all be a leader who inspires and motivates others. In addition we are looking for a minimum of 12 months retail management experience, leading either large or small teams in a fast moving environment.
