They are now recruiting for a Design Co ordinator due to expansion and progression.
THE ROLE:
To act on behalf of the Design Coordinator in providing a close liason between pre-tender and contract activities and to co ordinate design between the members of the project team. As a Design Coordinator, you will provide advice and guidance in execution of your duties and to manage the design coordination of allocated assignments utilising allocated staff where appropriate.
You will:
Create and maintain a culture within the company whereby everyone is continually seeking to satisfy their customers requirements.
Promote the image,interests,reputation and standing of the contractor within the business community.
Ensure full research is carried out into methods and materials.
Constantly reviewing preliminary and final design against tender assessments.
Monitoring key cost against tender allowances.
Be innovative in developing markets, ideas and opportunities.
Operate to the requirements of the Compant Quality System for Design Management.
Observe general levels of conduct and minimum performance standards as described in the condidtions of service booklet.
