Mechanical Product Designer - Contract
Based: Oxfordshire
Rate Guide: £23 - 29 pr/hr

The Company:
Our client is a market leader in the manufacture of small injection moulded consumable products, assemblies and components for a variety of customers across a range of diverse market sectors . Based in a central geographical location and with excellent design and manufacturing facilities they innovate and produce product solutions to their customers.
Profile:
The successful candidate must have proven experience of designing plastic/injection moulded components and assemblies within a high volume manufacturing environment. The ability to produce creative design solutions for new product development projects is key. All industry sector backgrounds will be considered as design experience is more relevant then product type. (A regulated industry sector would be ideal, but is not essential). Our client uses Solidworks as their main design software, it is therefore important that you have knowledge of this CAD package. The Design office environment is open and vibrant as communication and knowledge transfer is very important for the development and growth of individuals and the team as a whole.
