Design Sales Assistant - Kingston upon Thames
Could you flourish in a role combining Customer Service, Sales and Design?
Are you personable, enthusiastic and ambitious to succeed in both Sales & Design?
As a Design Sales Assistant with Magnet you will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers by assisting and supporting the Kitchen Design team in the areas of sales administration and customer service.You will often be the first point of contact for our customers ensuring we deliver Magnet’s customer focused, tailor-made service to meet and exceed our sales targets.
You will be a self-motivated individual with customer service experience and an interest in CAD or Spatial design with the ultimate aim of becoming a fully competent Kitchen Designer through Magnet’s excellent Induction, Training and Development programmes.

Qualifications:
- Qualifications in CAD, Spatial or Interior Design beneficial.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience gained in a retail or customer facing background.
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence and access to vehicle would be beneficial, though essential if candidate progresses to Kitchen Designer

Attractive Salary + Bonuses. Holiday entitlement will be 23 days per year increasing to 25 days following completion of 5 years service, contributory company pension scheme, discount on range of Company products, ‘Leadtaker Bonus’, business mileage, extensive training and induction programme.
