Desktop Support Technician required for innovative and
respected consultancy in Aberdeen.
Representing the business onsite at a global blue chip, you
will be the first line of response for understanding, analysing and diagnosing
a diverse range of client queries.You
will act as a technical mentor to the users for both hardware and software
issues.
The role will require a good understanding of desktop
technology within a complex corporate environment. You will liaise with
networking and helpdesk staff to provide a seamless support function. You will
also act as a point of contact for procurement; analysing requirements and
recommending essential purchases.
