Job Title: Marketing and Development Manager -Outreach and Young Peoples Services
Reporting To: Director
Location: London
Role purpose: To develop a new service for London Authorities in Outreach and supporting services to young people.

This role is for a new company being developed to meet the needs of London Authorities in their provisioning of outreach services for young people.
This new company is being formed and this post will therefore have a responsibility to assist in the development, direction and growth of the company from its inception. The candidate wil therefore be of excellent ability and will be able to develop links with stakeholders on behalf of this company and begin to establish a repiutation and name for quality services.

Priorities
To be instrumental in designing then meeting the companies vision to promote and develop outreach services accross London and other areas as defined by the business development plan.
To plan and implement innovative marketing , communication and relationships with key stakeholders to meet the objectives of growing businesses throughout London authorities and establish the vision of the company as a new and competent, quality provider to those authorities.
To develop the company brand, devise and produce unique marketing materials, and raise its overall profile through efficient and effective information sharing and advertising.
The post holder will work in close consultation with the senior management team, reporting directly to the Director and contribute to the overall development of the organisation.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
o Planning and implementation of a marketing strategy with definitive targets and activities to be achieved.

o Develop a full range of marketing materials, brochures, infortmation and presentations to promote the services and to demionstrate capability and development.

o Build and maintain relationships with all London authorities local as part of our overall strategy in developing services and identifying areas of need and opportunity.

o To arrange to meet and explore areas of potential development with authorities, specifically commissioners,Placement Managers and leaving care services, youth offending services and asylum services in order to explore potential areas for growth.

o To build and maintain excellent working relationships with key Commissioners and Placement teams through follow up and repeat contact and visits.

o Arrange and attend meetings in order to make propositions to stakeholders and presentations to panels and negotiate agreements in principle.

o Achieve agreed call and meeting targets monthly, to demonstrate and maintain a high level of contact with relevant authorities.

o Implement and adhere to agreed strategies developed in conjunction with the outreach service and the Senior Management Team.
