Dialler Manager
Salary £25-30k basic plus annual bonus
The role will require you to manage the dialler for a call centre based in Liverpool.
You will be responsible for dialler strategies including adherence to OFCOM and DMA guidelines.
You will be required to work closely with Sales Managers,
You will analyse and implement best practice for the dialler.
Regularly produce and interpret detailed campaign performance results to all levels within the company, including in depth analysis of calling lists.
Suggest and implement process improvements. Predictive dialler experience essential (preferably Aspect).
Excellent analysis skills for tracking results and management reporting.
