We are looking for a special type of recruitment consultant.
One that has proved to themselves that they love recruitment, can make money at it and most importantly has the self motivation to work on their own. This recruiter will work in either temp or perm arena, any market, any location but must have the desire and drive to build a recruitment business.
Our Ethos is Simple
Provide a good recruiter with the tools to do their job, take care of their invoicing, advertising costs, set up costs, company branding and web site design and leave them alone to recruit.

If you sit down and think what you would need to start and run your own recruitment business, chances are we will provide it. From website to job boards, invoicing to VAT and tax, management accounts to recruitment training and mentoring, tech support to business expansion planning. We feel we are great at these things, leaving you free to concentrate on what you do best - recruit!!

It is entirely up to you how you trade (legally of course!!), what you call your company, what market you work in and whether you are looking to grow an empire or get a good living from home or somewhere in between. We will support you from an accounting and finance viewpoint, technically and from a business development perspective to enable you to reach your goals.
In A Nutshell
If you are a good recruiter, looking to set up your own agency but are daunted by the compliance, legal, techncial and financial implications then we can work with you to make it happen. There are no upfront costs, this is not a franchise - we make our money by charging your company 30% of your gross profit for their services, leaving you with 70% of all that you bill.
