My client is a leading Live entertainment , advertisng and promotions agency (theatre , Sports , Comedy , Music)
As part of there ongoing growth they are looking for a dedicated digital account manager to join the agency. It’s an exciting, varied, fast-paced role in a dynamic digital team that will see you selling in digital to the agency’s clients as well as digital’s own clients. You will be selling and project managing creative design and build, social marketing programmes, email campaigns and all forms of digital communication for a variety of live entertainment clients.
You will need to be suited to selling and project managing various types of digital projects, from creative to technical and everything in-between.
Responsibilities
Selling in and management of all digital content/activity for a variety of clients.
Production of precise and comprehensive documentation including: Quotes, client briefs, project schedules and wireframes.
Ensure the client is aware of the project status and any additional costs incurred.
Work closely with the Head of Digital, traffickers, Client Account Managers and production staff to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Client communication throughout the project including regular meetings, updates and reports
Ensure project close procedures are implemented in a timely manner and communicated to clients and internal stakeholders
Competencies
Proven track record in client-facing account and project management with at least 3 years digital experience
Proven ability to sell
Proven ability to plan and manage project budgets, resources and timescales
Proven ability to project manage solutions to an extremely high standard
The right candidate will need to have exceptional skills in education, selling, communication and organisational skills to be capable of managing clients and their projects effectively.
