Our client based in Swindon is looking to recruit an Account Manager to report into the Senior Account Manager and Client Services Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of client campaigns and will be responsible for monitoring and progressing client campaigns, adhering to all agreed administrative processes, maintaining thorough records, and keeping the entire client team, the clients other agencies and the client fully informed of campaign status and requirements. job role:

  • Ensuring all internal processes and procedures are adhered to at all times and meeting all internal deadlines.
  • Monitor progress of client campaigns across all departments
  • Proactively seek to solve potential problems
  • Manage the clients expectations and ensure realistic delivery deadlines are agreed by clients.
  • Delivering to agreed levels of service for each client.
  • Ensuring all client communications are timely and confirmed in writing.
  • Ensure all written information, plans, copy and results have been checked appropriately internally before they are sent to the client.
  • Ensure all members of the client team receive all necessary updates on overall campaign performance and client requests.
  • Write internal briefs.
  • Organise client meetings
  • Check billing against final results and sign off.
  • Take part in training enthusiastically and actively seek to build your knowledge of digital and offline media channels and EM2 work.
  • Proactively build strong client relationships.
  • Ensure all communications are courteous, positive and professional.
  • Contribute to and manage short, medium and long term planning for clients.
  • Research client products, brands and develop business knowledge
  • Contribute and manage the development of client strategy, schematics and channel planning.
  • Guide and mentor Account Execs designated to work alongside you.
  • Delegate appropriate tasks to account execs and check work for accuracy and relevance before it is sent to the client. preferred skills:
  • Proven and successful Account Management experience.
  • Industry experience: within Digital Marketing (New Media, PPC, SEO, Affiliatesor Digital)
  • Can do attitude .
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to achieve outstanding results.
