Our client is a world leader in the exciting, growth business of international education. With more than 40 English language teaching locations in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, they are the first choice English language provider for thousands of students from over 100 countries. They are also a subsidiary of the Washington Post Company.
An opportunity has now arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager to join their team.
This is a newly created position with a great deal of autonomy which requires a search engine optimisation expert with entrepreneurial flair.
As the Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager you will be responsible for managing and implementing SEO initiatives into the company’s website, in 15+ languages. This will involve identifying and analysing key metrics, assessing the performance of SEO activity and providing reports on a monthly basis.
You will do some of the work in house with a team of juniors/interns to help you with the various languages. You will also work with an outside SEO agency for a select few non European languages.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Experience in an SEO role
- Strong web writing and technical skills, including on page and linking strategy skills
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
As the Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager, you should also be an excellent communicator with the ability to multi-task and a strong command of English. You will also need the ability to work to deadlines, strong management skills and a passion for all things SEO.
Fluency in additional languages to English would be beneficial to your application.
