Digital QA test Manger
My client, a leading digital agency, based in devon are looking for a QA and Support Manager to work alongside their highly skilled developers and production team to help them deliver better work and even better customer service.
Initially, you'll be establishing web testing processes for our business across all their clients and projects. As digital test Manager you'll help establish and improve their processes for identifying, tracking and prioritising bugs as well as responding to customer support enquiries.
My client is seeking a candidates that has worked in a web test environment and can show experience working on digital (website)
Thorough understanding of SQA best practices (including test case development, test case execution, bug reports, etc.) and knowledge of software development cycle
Experience of support & QA of websites. You must understand the Internet and the Web.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to understand and resolve complex and technical issues, and excellent customer-service skills
Must be calm, personable and be able to work well in an agency environment
