Senior DSP Engineer job (£40K-£50K) for south west based company. Seeking experienced dsp engineers with skills in : digital signal processing, DSP design, communications equalisation, demodulation and error correction, C/C++, assembler and Matlab.

Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) position with my client, a massively successful semiconductor design and manufacturer for the key wireless communications and multimedia technology spaces.

The successful DSP candidate will become a key engineer within the DSP team and will be contributing to the specification, development and validation of a sub-system within a cutting-edge broadcast receiver.

This will comprise the following duties:

- Requirement capture for functional blocks in a receiver

- Hardware and software structure specification

- Developing techniques for efficient implementation

- Liaising with software and hardware teams throughout the company

If you are an experienced DSP engineer with the skill and processing techniques for equalisation, demodulation and error correction, coding skills in Matlab, software implementation in C and assembler then this is the opportunity for you.
