Our client is an Internet and voice business they are looking to recruit an experienced Direct Sales Account Manager you will be required to promote company products to the existing direct customer base through professional sales techniques and establishing long-term relationships.
In addition to having excellent sales, communication and account management experience the Direct Sales Account Manager will have a good knowledge of the telecoms industry, including broadband and Ethernet, SIP and TDM technologies.This will be combined with excellent customer facing skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of customers.
Direct Sales Account Manager Profile
Experience of the voice and data market is essential
Sales and/or account management skills
Success in selling business-to-business products
Experience of making outbound calls and customer facing meetings
Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to negotiate effectively at all levels
Excellent business judgement
Enthusiasm and persistence in following up opportunities
Ability to deal with a wide range of customers with strong rapport building skills
Good administration and time management skills
Excellent organisation skills in order to plan meetings and follow up leads effectively
An enthusiastic self starter, who will take ownership of projects
Technical and analytical aptitude
