The Retail division, an integral member of the Group with a turnover this year in excess of £6M, has built a strong Client base, offering a complete design and build service to high street retailers, as well as commercial and domestic clients. They pride themselves on their reputation for quality and delivery to programme and budget, together with establishing a single point responsibility for each of their clients.
Reporting to the Group Board, the Director will take full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the division, and will work with other Group Directors in formulating and delivering the strategy for growth.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of profitable management of a similar size shop fitting organisation, be client facing and be able to demonstrate skills in operational, commercial and resource management.
