A large, reputable firm is looking for a Director of Parking.
This role will be to provide vision, direction, leadership and management of assigned functional departments, parking system operation, Parking Control, Parking Services, and Road Fees. You will be responsible for planning, design, construction and control of all activities, works and projects related to road fees (toll system), public paid parking, parking services, parking reservation, promotion, private plot paid parking, and footpath (ROW, right of way) utilisation.
Candidates will need excellent knowledge of parking engineering management, practices and regulations, functions, systems and procedures. Arabic language skills will be beneficial

Familiar with Dubai roads, and must related control systems and the current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on projects.
Strong project management, negotiation and conciliation skills.
