Our client, Power Efficiency Ltd (PE),is a leading energy management consultancy dedicated to cost and carbon reduction for their clients. They offer a range of risk-managed procurement strategies and carbon management services for their blue-chip customer base, which includes 6 out of the 10 largest property managing agents in the UK as well as a number of well known FTSE 100 companies.
PE has grown substantially over the last two years and they are now looking for a Director of Account Management to lead the company through their next anticipated period of growth.
This role will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account managers focused on maintaining , developing and growing exisiting client relationships as well as working closely with our New Business Development Team. Initially the Director will oversee a team of 6 however that team will more than double in size over the next 18 months.
The Director will lead the team developing strategic and operational account management plans with a strong financial base to them, drive the team to meet company targets and work closely with all teams to ensure all work is delivered to the high standard expected of PE.
Candidates will need to have a proven background within an energy consultancy or supply company, managing a successful team of sales/account managers. They might be managing a smaller team currently and looking for the next step up or wanting to stretch their skills within a new and dynamic environment.They will be strong line and relationship managers,highly effective in presenting at board level, with a track record of delivering to company and team targets. The role is basedin Sidcup and will involve some UK wide travel to visit clients.
