Operating across the Northern Home Counties and London, my client manages over 9,000 homes with a range of tenures. As the lead member of the Arc Partnership and Home Buy Agents for Hertfordshire, we are a leading player in the development of affordable housing with the East of England region.
You will join us at an exciting but challenging time as we deliver our largest programme to date. Moving forward you will need skills and vision to continue the expansion of our business activity within the current challenging economic climate. You will lead a team of 35 staff and play a key role in the future of the organisation.
In order to help us, you will need to demonstrate:
A successful track record in developing and maximising new business opportunities and leading on all development activities
A Proven ability to operate strategically, contributing to the Executive team in delivering the organisation`s corporate goals.
Experience of developing creative and innovative solutions to complex development issues to meet the needs of our customers and communities in which they live.
Excellent financial appreciation, balancing creativity with risk in dynamic business environment.
A proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and promote the organisation internally and with external partners.
An understanding of the sector, including funding and regulatory requirements
