Naomi House is the children’s hospice for Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Wiltshire and the fringes of West Sussex and Surrey. We help over 220 families with life limiting conditions and support their families. We are there for the good days, difficult days and last days.
Naomi House children's hospice opened in June 1997 to provide respite care, terminal care and bereavement support for children and families from across the south of England.
Next year Jacksplace will open enabling us to offer care and support to young people for the first time.
You will bring experience of managing fundraising at a senior level and bring expertise in one or more of our core main income streams – major donor, community, corporate, and trusts. Knowledge of, or exposure to, other income streams such as legacies, lottery and retail would also be useful.
Your entrepreneurial flair and commercial awareness will underpin your track record of success to date.
Crucially, you will possess the leadership ability that inspires people as well as the emotional intelligence that will enable you to understand the motivations of those who support our work and to harness their commitment.
