Job Role

As Director of Legal services you will have the autonomy to run a team that is currently 14 employment law advisors including 3 team leaders as well as run a small caseload yourself. You will have responsibility for training, staff issues, management, FSA compliance, external commercial legal issues as well as company secretarial work for the Group. You will report to the Board.
You will have a good track record of man management coupled with exposure to Employment Tribunal work. You will also be a commercial, motivational individual with a passion for quality service. You will have great attention to detail and a sense of fun.
Our client is a fast growing business that provides HR, employment law and health and safety outsourcing solutions to a fast growing client base across the UK. It is based in a fabulous rural setting 10 minutes south of Chester. Work life balance is taken very seriously at this firm.
