Director of Operations
Location: Hampshire/Surrey
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
My client is a leading UK support services company with a growing international presence. They are currently looking to appoint a Director of Operations to their office in Hampshire. The successful applicant will have responsibility for implementing company strategy and business objectives at an operational level whilst improving financial profitability on major accounts. The role will report directly to the board.
You must have strong senior management experience with a background in managing strategic client accounts in a busy and fast paced office environment. We are looking for someone who has positively affected the growth of a business.
Key experience required:
ØClient relationship skills
ØTrack record of strategic policy implementation
ØStrong financial acumen
ØProven track record of managing teams in excess of 40 personnel.
ØHigh level of leadership skills
ØProven experience in planning and delivering successful projects
Key responsibilities:
ØOperational management of key client accounts – conducting regular reviews & client meetings
ØMonitor the operational and financial status of each client account
ØLiaise closely with the Sales & Business Development teams
ØProvide ongoing resource and strategic management
ØConduct team meetings and regular 121 coaching
ØSet and manage team KPI’s
ØEnsure SLA’s are met and exceeded
