Director of Reservations - 5* Hotel
Location: London
The Company:
A privately owned hotel group with 3 properties in the London area
The Role:
Must be able to give direction to how the bedrooms reservations are handled
Implement procedures to the department
Building up relationships with corporate clients, hotel booking agencies and travel agents
Responsible for promotional material for the department
Entertaining clients
Carrying out sales calls
The Person:
Must have proven experience within the London hotel market and be able to add value to the department
Must be driven and a go getter, able to increase revenue
Essential you have a good knowledge of trends in the market and your competitors
Be able to work in a large hotel, under pressure and in an environment where the owners are very involved on a day to day basis
Salary £30,000 - £35,000
