Commercial Dispute Resolution - Senior Associate: A well respected Dispute Resolution team in London are seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding ranks. The team deals with commercial contentious civil work including professional negligence, corporate and insurance-related disputes, contractual and negligence claims, commercial fraud and product liability. The successful candidate will be managing their own caseload of Dispute Resolution claims so a solid experience and demonstrable following is required.
Commercial Dispute Resolution - Key Responsibilities:
- Managing own caseload of Commercial Dispute Resolution claims.
- Utilise and broaden client base.
- Promote and market Dispute Resolution team.
Commercial Dispute Resolution - Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience managing Commercial Litigation claims.
- Senior Associate level.
