Divisional Business Manager - £40000 - £45000 pa basic, OTE £60-£70K (1st year), Car Allowance + Personal Benefits
A genuine opportunity has arisen to join a major player in the contract and permanent technical recruitment arena. This world-wide business is involved in Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Highways, Biomed, Renewables, Engineering etc and requires an experienced Manager to lead, develop and grow its London based technical division.
You will already know if you have the skills, experience and abilities that I need if you are to be successful in this role, if you have read this far. To be sure, I need applying applicants to have the following essential skills and experience:-
- Hands on / UK operational experience and management of 360 recruitment from an engineering/technical sector, ideally one of the above.
- A proven track record of business development and winning new prospect business (sales).
- Excellent people skills, performance management, PDP’s, KPI’s, etc.
- Experience of managing and developing contracts, MI, SLA’s, rate negotiation, MV etc.
- Full knowledge and awareness of Profit & Loss, GP, Budgets etc.
- Ability to meet personal GP revenue targets.
- Good oral and written communication skills, together with excellent presentation and IT abilities.
- A full UK driving licence.
- You need to have willingness, drive, tenacity, initiative and recruitment innovation to make this role and your business successful.
You will probably be in a senior management role (or similar) currently, perhaps between senior roles or maybe a Senior Consultant seeking your next career move, of graduate calibre and wanting a new challenging but rewarding role.
