Divisional IT Engineer (MCSA, MCSE, Projects)

Our client is one of the most rapidly expanding minerals and support services groups in the UK.

As the Divisional IT Engineer you will be required to support the Group IT and Projects Manager to ensure that reliable, responsive and cost effective IT services are secured and maintained within the Group.

You will contribute to the development of a coherent IT strategy within the business while assisting with the integration of business systems and procedures during the course of acquisitions.In addition you must identify suitable IT solutions to meet the needs of the business and contribute to the modernisation of the IT infrastructure within the Division.

Within this role you will be required to support the delivery of project goals and contribute to the development and maintenance of IT budgets.You will also be required to troubleshoot on technical IT issues and the Telecoms infrastructure while providing assistance to ensure that general website and internet services support is provided.

Candidates for this role will ideally be MCSA or MCSE qualified with proven experience within a similar role.You must be proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other groupware coupled with experience ofoperating in a multi-site environment in an IT role within the Manufacturing or Engineering sector.Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills are also essential for the role.
