Job Role

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer of the UK your role will be involved with all aspects of the preconstruction process immediately focussing on tendering for the building of 2 new prisons in the South of England. You will provide strategic leadership in the bid process and will project manage these PFI deals to financial close. You will also be heavily involved with the operational management of these prisons by sitting on the SPV`s that will take this responsibility.
The successful candidate must have experience of the custodial sector and have a technical understanding of a major preconstruction bidding process to head up this division. This will mean you have already had exposure to this sector either working for a main contractor or potentially an SPV or facilities management/outsourcing company. The role will require an individual with the relevant gravitas to be able to deal with senior Government contacts and lead this division successfully.
They are a well respected main UK contractor with an enviable track record of success of working on projects in the Public Sector.
£90,000 - £100,000 Base Salary plus Executive Benefits.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
