Job Description:
Complaints Handler currently required for a major Claims Company based in Birmingham. The Company are at the forefront of personal development and opportunities to progress and learn within the business are varied.
You will be responsible for handling complaints from Clients directly. The complaints will have been escalated and passed to this team to handle through to resolution. If any part of the claim is still to be assessed, you will be responsible for this also.

The Person:
To apply for this position, it is essential you have previous complaints handling experience, gained from a domestic claims handling environment. You will have excellent listening skills, with the ability to think logically and be able to stay calm under pressure. You will offer solutions to clients and ensure any bad feeling towards the business is rectified where possible.
Salary:
Up to 19,500 PA
