£30k (dependent upon experience)

Since 2002, this well organized and structured domiciliary care agency has gone from strength to strength and is currently running 28 supported living packages and over 5,000 hours of care throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
They are hugely ambitious and currently seek a manager to help grow the business to over 10,000 hours.
Managing 2 experienced office staff as well as taking responsibility for the recruiting and managing of carers, you will also be responsible for enhancing growth with councils, local authorities and directly with wealthier service users.
In addition to either a RMA or Leadership Award, you will also be highly driven, very organized and possess experience within a domiciliary care agency where you have been responsible for both winning and delivering care packages.
The role would suit somebody who works effectively in a small, but highly efficient team and is prepared to get involved in making sure things happen - including the occasional on call. The offices are based in rural in rural Oxfordshire, so it is likely that the best candidate will currently be living in Oxford, Abingdon, Newbury, Wallingford, Watlington or Reading.
