Local Care Force is currently seeking a Drug and Alcohol worker to join a Middlesbrough based charity.
The client is a drug and alcohol service who offer support to clients with problems. To be considered for this position you should have a proven track record working in this field. You will be expected to carry out the following:
- Offer Structured treatment such as psychosocial interventions to clients who have alcohol problems
- Work with ex-offenders who have offended due to their problem
- Write up support plans and follow them
- Key work clients
- Deal with outside agencies such as the Probation Service
The role is part time and will be 18.5 hours a week, it is a permanent position.
