New requirement - exclusive to Ambis - for a skilled Dynamics AX Developer with strong X++ - you must be within commuting distance of Nottingham. This is a company who specialise in Dynamics AX and NAV consulting services with an emphasis on driving tangible business improvements for their customers -they are passionate about using their business consulting expertise to help their clients. They are part of a global Microsoft Business Solutions consulting firm, but each country operates independently - the UK office had a friendly, relaxed but professional ethos - you do not feel like a small cog in a big wheel here!
They are expanding their Dynamics AX Development team and need your expertise as a middle to heavyweight Dynamics AX / Axapta developer. Ideally you will have 4 years+ object oriented development experience with at least 2 years working on a variety of Dynamics AX development projects, with strong X++ skills, and hopefully, you will have completed your AX developer certifications. As well as your Dynamics AX development skills you will have an excellent client facing skill set and be used to developing relationships with end clients at all levels from user to board.
You should also have very good organisational and prioritisation skills, excellent writing / documentation experience for design specs and end user documents and be willing to travel where necessary to client site.
