My market leading client is based in Exeter. They are a well established and successful company with strong links to the finance sector and they are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager, ideally with experience of E-Commerce projects and technology. You will also manage high profile business focused projects and projects relating to financial product releases. You will be lead PM on any technology related project. You will manage teams of up to 20 people in a direct line and matrix environment and you will manage budgets of anywhere up to £1.5 million. You must be proactive and hands on in your approach to project management - prepared to roll up your sleeves and resolve technical issues with your team. You will be part of a diverse and experienced team within a large company where there are excellent career progression opportunities.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A strong background in Project Management
- Detailed experience of Technical Project Management - E-commerce / Software / Applications
- Prince 2 certification
- Experience of Life Protection Insurance Products / Markets would be an advantage but bot essential.
