My client has been designing award-winning bespoke learning solutions for over 30 years. There increased workload means they urgently need Learning Designers to work at there London or Brighton Office.
Learning Designers partner clients and our internal teams to agree a learning approach/instructional model for bespoke e-learning and blended solutions.
They also oversee the scriptwriting of solutions and work with my clients art directors to agree a look and feel. They work across a wide range of subject areas within both the private and public sectors.
candidates should have the following skills ;
1.Proven business writing skills, ideally in an e-learning/web/training environment
2.A flexible writing style
3.Sound grammar
4.A knowledge of learning theory and learning design best practice
5.Creativity and innovation
6.Experience in client facing situations
7.Questioning and listening skills, in order
