Location: Hemel Hempstead
We're looking for an E Marketing Specialist to work for a globally well known digital imaging brand.
Your role will be to help implement the online sales and marketing activity, primarily in the UK. Your overall objective will be to ensure delivery of the online customer proposition, plus support acquisition and retention marketing activities.
You'll do this by using relevant content management, planning and forecasting tools and other resources.
You will also be responsible for managing the day to day site operations, including inventory and logistics, as well as pricing, refunds and other issue resolution - working closely with customer service colleagues.
You will be commercially aware, familiar with online retail merchandising techniques, to identify and implement relevant promotions, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be quality-driven team player with a high attention to detail.
You will be an analytical, numerate person who has strong demonstrable experience of e-commerce platforms and content management systems, and used to working to tight deadlines. You will be an excellent communicator, who has experience of and understands European e-marketing strategies.
Ideally, you will have prior experience of a range of e-marketing activities including paid search, affiliate programmes, online advertising and email marketing.
Good knowledge of online retail and consumer electronics, as well as a basic knowledge of HTML, web coding, and flash would be preferable.
