Our client is a premier investment bank with a strong brand name and enviable market position.

We are currently partnering them in their recruitment of an ecommerce client services manager.

The main focus of the role will be to manage a team that provides front end user support to clients of the ecommerce research and analytics tool.

The manager of this team will ensure that client service delivery is of an exemplary standard in terms of dealing with client requests, ensuring a timely and professional response at all times.

Excellent people management skills, strong client services skills, a broad investment banking product base and an understanding of ecommerce, web-enabled client platforms are essential requirements for this role.

The appointee will also display excellent communication skills and will be able to work in a pressurised client focussed background.
