My client is a global investment bank they have a EMEA role to cover the following countries ,
Dubai , Egypt , Ireland , Israel , Morocco , South Africa , Turkey and the UK .
The role will include the following ;
1.On-the-ground support for the Head of EMEA HR Operations.
2.Work closely with the Head of EMEA HR Operations ensuring HR consistency across all the accounts, functions and countries.
3.Primary source of advice and support for Line Managers in all aspects of Human Resources, including Transfer of Undertaking, disciplinary & grievance handling, absence management, business reorganisation, market data and recruitment.
4.Coordinate promotions, salary and bonus reviews within the countries responsible for – ensuring alignment within the whole of EMEA.Working with Line Managers and EMEA HR Manager, Operational Best Practice to professionally complete annual performance review process and salary review and bonus exercise
Candidates should have the following skills ;
·Degree with specialisation in HR or HR qualification
·At least 2 years generalist HR experience in client focused environment
·Knowledge of and experience of working within employment legislation in respective countries
·Decisive, action oriented individual who commands respect through intelligence hard work and presence
·Ability to work on own and also a team player with good interpersonal skills
·Fluent in English and local language where based with outstanding written and oral communications skills
·Experience of Transfer of Undertaking and/or ARD essential
·Good organisational and presentation skills
·Flexible, consensus driver with proven relationship management skills
·Experience of working with HR Database PeopleSoft would be an advantage
