We are currently seeking a Senior Telemarketing Executive for our South West London based client. This is a lead generation role working alongside a dedicated sales team. You will have a proven background in telephone based work (telemarketing, telesales, business development, IT sales, internal sales etc...) and will be looking to work for a leading IT company in a dynamic market. Fluency in French is required due to the customer base. Knowledge of German would be considered beneficial.
You will be comfortable speaking to senior decision makers to identify potential opportunities. Working on a range of projects, you will engage IT professionals in conversation about selected products and offers, building a profile and entering accurate information on the database.
In order to be considered for this role, you should ideally be educated to degree level or be of equivalent calibre, with excellent listening skills and a good level of Excel and Word. You will ideally have experience in a telephone-based role, coming across as confident, articulate and professional. You must be able to communicate effectively with senior managers, while being able to deal with reception staff and other gatekeepers.
