Main Purpose of the Job
·To review and refresh the Clients' approach to tackling empty homes as part of its Renewal Strategy and, in partnership with other organisations, assist in the development of new initiatives to encourage and facilitate the return to use of privately owned empty dwellings within Kensington and Chelsea.
·To assist the Housing Team in achieving its overall aim of improving housing conditions in the private sector.
