The Supervisor role The Supervisor plays an absolutely pivotal role in each and every one of our stores and is the first level of management within the store structure. Food retail is a fast moving industry, which requires individuals to be fast moving, flexible and adaptable. The Benefits Standard working hours for this role are 38 per week, Sunday – Saturday. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to work between 5am and 10pm, 5 days a week. You would usually be working the early shift due to the nature of the role, but on Tuesdays may be required to cover a later one.
The basic pay rate is £6.35 per hour, rising to £6.75 once you are signed off as a Duty Manager.
