Job Role

You will be a key point of contact in relation to ER issues and give advise on UK and European employee relations.
You must have:
- detailed UK and European experience
- technical ER knowledge
- dealt with all levels of management and be comfortable doing this
- the ability to work autonomously

Youideally will have:
- TUPE transactions exposure
- managed a range of disciplinary and discrimination issues
- experience of dealing with Health & Safety
- come from an FS background but this is not a prerequisite.
Investment Banking
£400 per day, 6 months contract
