My Client, an independent, well established family run Estate Agency in Bromley are currently looking for an experienced LettingsAdministrator to join their busy team.
You will be registering new tenants, face to face and by phone, dealing with references, property viewings, raising rental agreements, collection of rents and payments to Landlords etc.
This is a varied role and you will need to be available immediately, bright and confident with a flexible, 'can do' attitude and a background in Estate Agency.
Salary dependent on experience.
