VACANCY DESCRIPTION
We require a confident, energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Estate Agency Negotiator / Valuer looking to thrive in an incentive driven environment - with uncapped earnings.
You will be responsible for listing new properties.
You would be required to keep fully up to date with the company's latest thinking on how to best achieve high sales levels. This will be achieved by fully digesting existing company methods and documentation whilst being receptive to weekly sales meetings and developments.
We are located in Bury, North Manchester, close to Junction 2 of the M66, so we are easily accessible from most areas of the North West such as Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excellent Estate Agency and Sales Management skills
Very good people skills
Polite, friendly and professional telephone manner
Self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
Excellent objection handling skills
Drive and determination to reach targets and beyond
Integrate well into a friendly and professional working environment
Competent IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Email)
Ability to pick up new skills quickly
SALARY AND BENEFITS
£20,000 Basic plus Uncapped Commission with a realistic OTE of £40,000+
