Previous sales experience is beneficial although not required as you will receive full training and support. This will cover everything from industry and product training, basic and advanced sales techniques plus account management skills.

Attitude is crucially important. You must be money-motivated, goal orientated and able to handle rejection gracefully and try again. Because you'll be on the phone all day you must also have good conversational skills.

In return you'll receive a basic salary + commission (taking annual earning to approximately £30,000 in year one) + great work experience + training.

Hours are 08:45 - 5:30 Monday to Friday, based in central Maidstone.
