My client is a long established and diversified Private Equity business withfunds focused onWestern and Eastern Europe. The Emerging Europe fund, investing into Central and Eastern Europe,makes small and mid-market investments. Adoptingan activist approach to managing its portfolio, the fund works in close partnership with investee businesses toinnovate creative and far-reaching strategiesto manage growth and turnaround situations.
Theteam is actively investing into its current fund targeting deals in Romania, Bulgaria,and the Balkans in particular, and is looking to hire a Romanian speaking Investment Manager.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

The successful candidate must speak Romanian fluently. Supported by an outstanding academic track record, you will have worked in a transactional role in private equity, principal finance, investment banking, or perhaps in corporate finance advisory/ strategy consulting. Ideally you will have had experience working on deals in the CEE or South Eastern European region. This is a highly visible role with access toall elements of the investment process and as such an energised and focused approach is critical for success.
A leading Private Equity business with asignificant presence in Eastern Europe is expanding its London based team.
