A leading International Centre in Shanghai is seeking to recruit experienced and qualified A level and IGCSE subject teachers to join their international faculty. You will be teaching highly motivated and diligent Chinese students, maximizing their academic potential and preparing them for Western Universities.

Person Specification:

• Ability & experience in teaching relevant IGCSE and post 16 levels.
• Strong subject teachers able to challenge and engage high ability pupils.
• Applications are welcome from NQTs to highly experienced teachers.

Minimum position requirements:

• Bachelor degree of above in the relevant subject being taught.
• A recognized teaching diploma/certificate is preferred or masters in relevant subject.
• An understanding of teaching ESL students and sensitivity towards other cultures.
• A demonstrated high level of commitment to teaching excellence.
• An understanding and commitment to being a team player.

The role involves teaching according to CIE subject specifications, as well as contributing to Centre activities and course development.
